Welcome to OLLSALE PH. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the OLLSALE PH website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using OLLSALE PH, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
By accessing, browsing, registering, or using OLLsale in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, including any future modifications. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
You acknowledge that OLLSALE PH is not a party to any transaction and bears no responsibility for disputes, damages, or losses arising from transactions between users.
You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity under applicable law to use OLLSALE PH. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate and up-to-date information
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activities conducted under your account
OLLSALE PH is not liable for unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account.
OLLSALE PH reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts involved in abuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms without prior notice.
Users are strictly prohibited from:
Violating laws or regulations
Posting false, misleading, or deceptive listings
Selling prohibited, illegal, or restricted items
Manipulating reviews, ratings, or orders
Circumventing platform fees or systems
Creating multiple accounts for abuse or fraud
Uploading malware, viruses, or harmful code
Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
Scraping, copying, or exploiting platform data
Note: Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban.
Sellers are solely responsible for:
Accurate product descriptions
Pricing, condition, legality, and availability
Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Sellers manage and update their own inventory.
Sellers must promptly mark items as out of stock when unavailable.
OLLsale is not responsible for overselling, stock errors, or inventory disputes.
Sellers are responsible for timely and accurate fulfillment. Failure may result in penalties, listing removal, or account suspension.
Sellers must clearly state and honor their own return and refund policies. OLLSALE PH does not guarantee refunds and is not liable for seller non-compliance.
Buyers agree to:
Pay the full amount due, including taxes and shipping
Review seller policies before purchasing
Provide accurate delivery information
Attempt dispute resolution directly with the seller first
Note: False claims, abuse of refunds, or chargeback fraud may result in account suspension.
OLLSALE PH uses third-party payment processors. OLLSALE PH does not store or control payment credentials and is not liable for payment failures or processor errors.
OLLsale may charge listing, transaction, or service fees. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law. OLLsale may change its fee structure at any time.
Chargebacks, disputes, or reversals may result in account restrictions, withheld payouts, or termination.
Users are solely responsible for determining and paying applicable taxes. OLLSALE PH is not responsible for tax reporting unless legally required.
Buyer and seller must attempt resolution directly.
If unresolved, OLLSALE PH may review the dispute at its discretion.
OLLSALE PH's decision, if any, is final.
Note: OLLSALE PH is not obligated to mediate, arbitrate, or enforce outcomes.
OLLSALE PH reserves the right to:
Remove listings
Suspend or terminate accounts
Withhold or delay payouts
Restrict platform features
Reverse benefits or promotions
Note: These actions may be taken without notice or explanation to protect the Platform and its users.
All content, software, logos, and materials on OLLSALE PH are owned by OLLsale or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
By submitting content, you grant OLLsale a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content.
OLLSALE PH may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason. Upon termination:
Outstanding obligations remain enforceable
Access to data may be permanently removed
These Terms survive termination
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”
OLLSALE PH disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
OLLSALE PH is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to OLLSALE PH in the past 12 months
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OLLSALE PH from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
Your use of the Platform
Your transactions
Your violation of these Terms
Your infringement of third-party rights
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the Philippines, and the decision shall be final and enforceable.
OLLSALE PH may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
